Unspoken

A calm, confidential space for teens and young adults, with three levels of support.

What Unspoken is

Unspoken was created for teens and young adults who are carrying more than they say out loud. It's a calm, confidential space to work through emotional, mental, and physical challenges, from anxiety and stress to fatigue and symptoms that never quite get explained. When it feels too hard to open up to a parent or a doctor, we help bridge that gap: listening first, explaining things in plain language, and helping you take one manageable next step.

Levels of support

Three levels

Which level fits, and what it costs, is worked out on the consultation. Nothing is sold on the first call.
