What the practice is, what it is not, how it is delivered, and what happens on the first call.
Is this medical care?
No. LM Vitality provides wellness coaching, functional health education, healthcare coordination, and concierge support under licensed nurse oversight. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace your physician or medical team.
Do you work alongside my own doctor?
Yes, always alongside and never instead. If something belongs with your physician, we will say so and help you get it in front of them.
What does it cost?
Programs are quoted on your consultation, because what you need varies a great deal. Nothing is sold on the first call.
Is it virtual?
Yes. Coaching and coordination are delivered virtually, currently serving clients in California.
What happens on the first call?
You talk and we take notes. About half an hour. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you.
Can I get support for my teen?
Yes. Unspoken is built for teens and young adults, with a private space for them and general progress updates for parents.

Alongside your doctor, never instead of them
We do not diagnose, treat or prescribe. The work is education, coaching, coordination and concierge support alongside your licensed providers. If something belongs with your physician, she will say so.
